Checkweigher with metal detector series WPM

A Metal Detector coupled to a Checkweigher enables to manage statistical production data via a single interface with a considerable reduction in space requirements.

Direct data exporting via Ethernet networks or local USB memories enables to collect all the information concerning the production line performance.

Checkweigher series EWM
The EWM series checkweigher is suitable for large-sized items. It is a simple, ergonomically designed machine designed to have a sturdy, easy-to-clean, easy-to-maintain chassis.

Weighing is done via two high sensitivity loading cells to guarantee the best accuracy and repeatability.

The EWM checkweighers have a modular design and are therefore equipped with conveyors and accessories suitable for any application.

Metaldetector

The Detector systems locate any trace metals accidentally contaminating industrial products – with sensitivity, interference immunity and response rate values exceeding those requested by the strictest Quality Control Regulations.

The Metal Detectors can detect magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including high resistivity stainless steels.

An automatic offset function is provided to cancel any «product effect» interference by the screened material.

These wide-band Metal Detectors offer the greatest sensitivity in both low-speed and high-speed passage operations.
