Alignment and Phasing group
In this specific case we have designed an Alignment and Phasing group for an Italian company that produces cured meats. Before the Checkweigher, the trays of sliced meats are brought from 2 to 1 row. The Alignment and Phasing group is composed by an entry conveyor with the funcion of timer, phasing conveyor and the aligner conveyor.
The system can be highty customized on various aspects according to the customer’s requestes: belts, sensors, type of tapes. The Alignment and Phasing group designed by Idecon is ideal for managing multiple types of products such as cases, pouches, flowpacks, trays, etc.
