CONSULTING AND TRAINING

Idecon provides its customers with a high degree of specialization by providing targeted consultancy and training activities on request. These services are useful to guarantee the continuous updating and suitable preparation of the company personnel, who will consequently be able to improve their internal procedures, remain constantly updated on the regulations in force and make the most of the machine’s functions. The training activity is generally carried out at the customer’s premises and therefore in the presence of the purchased machines, ensuring more effective learning. If required, training can also be carried out remotely.

ASSISTANCE, MAINTENANCE AND SPARE PARTS

Idecon offers a rapid and efficient assistance system, composed of a team of experts and maintenance technicians able to solve mechanical, electronic, software and metrological problems in a short time.
Thanks to the remote assistance service, the possibility of timely on-site intervention, and a large spare parts warehouse, Idecon reduces downtime and costs to a minimum. It is also possible to request periodic maintenance work, hardware and software upgrades to keep up to date with the latest developments, or, if necessary, modifications/adjustments to machines already purchased.

PERIODIC CHECKS, CALIBRATIONS

Idecon performs calibration services on checkweighers and metal detectors in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the regulations and avoid unpleasant non-conformities. A calibration plan for the instruments can be programmed together with the customer with the issue of the relative certifications.
